About me
Daniel Coloma Andrews, PhD
I have over 16 years of experience in consulting and leadership – from global management consulting to serving as part of the senior leadership of an international corporation.
My clients value the combination of practical experience, openness, and a clear, solution-oriented approach. For me, coaching is about creating a foundation of trust where clarity emerges and real progress becomes possible.
I coach in English, German, and Spanish – raised in Germany and Latin America, now living with my family in both Germany and Spain.
How to work with me
I build on my leadership and professional experience, enriched through coaching training at ISB Wiesloch, and I’m now expanding my executive coaching practice at Henley Business School as part of my ICF certification journey.
